36 Hours, 44 Minutes and 37 Seconds - But Who's Counting

It is hard to believe but in just over 36 hours we will board a plane bound for China and be on our way to get our precious daughter and sister. The bags are pretty much packed. We picked up several things today after Easter service and lunch with our family. We only have a few more things to do tomorrow and we will be set. We need to pick up a few more last minute items on our packing list and then do some shopping for the boys for while we are gone. We are also going to stop by Olivia's school tomorrow and pick up her homework and see about setting her class up with Skype so that we can talk live while in China. We have the home computer ready and have practiced making calls to the guys. Olivia's class is going to follow our blog while we are in China but it would be icing on the cake if we can see them live via video call. I can't say much more now, too excited to think at this point. We will update tomorrow night and then the next update will be from California as we wait to head non-stop to Beijing on Wednesday. Here again is our Itinerary:
4/6 Fly to San Francisco and meet the Ferlands and Jason and Anna
4/7 Fly to Beijing and arrive on 4/8 due to time change
4/8-4/11 Site Seeing in Beijing including the Great Wall and the Forbidden City
4/11 Fly to Nanjing
4/12 GOTCHA DAY -We get Rachel at 2PM
4/12-4/16 Nanjing - China side of the adoption and Touring
4/17 - 4/22 Guangzhou in South China to finalize American side of Adoption and Touring
4/22 Fly back to Beijing and spend 1 last night
4/23 Depart Beijing, non-stop, to Chicago and then home at 9:48 PM

I can't think of a better way to end this post than to say that we are truly blessed beyond measure. On this, the Holiest of Days, when we celebrate the Resurrection of our Savior, we are truly reminded that through Him, we have Life and Life more Abundantly!

God Bless, Coy/Joy
